Cancellation Policy

For a comprehensive assessment session, I will tailor a treatment plan that incorporates herbs, supplements, and nutrition based on your individual needs. Following the initial assessment, scheduling follow-up sessions is crucial for precise consultations and accurate recommendations. I offer both one-time assessments and follow-up sessions for your convenience.

Additionally, there are bundles available for extended professional guidance, offering better prices and ongoing support.

 

Please note that if you opt for a subscription package and choose to discontinue before its completion:

 

1. If it is decided to stop the subscription, it is necessary to notify this by email 14 days in advance (according to the Consumer Protection Law).

2. In case of cancellation of the subscription after 14 days, a cancellation fee of 60 eur will be paid in addition to the amount paid for the treatments performed.

3. The balance for the treatments that were not performed will be returned to the customer by bank transfer up to one month from the date of the cancellation request, offsetting the cancellation fee.

4. In the event that the treatment package expires, the customer will not be entitled to any refund for unused treatments.

• Package of assessment + 5 follow-up sessions that can be used up to 8 months from the date of purchase

• Package of assessment + 11 follow-up sessions that can be used up to 14 months from the date of purchase

• A package of 6 follow-up sessions that can be used within 8 months of purchase

• An annual package of 12 follow-up sessions that can be used within 14 months of subscription purchase

Only in exceptional cases and subject to Neomi David's sole discretion will the client be entitled to a refund for the remaining treatments but will be charged a cancellation fee of 12% of the value of the remaining treatments that were not actually used.

***The cost of assessment is charged at its full price from each of the packages before offset.

 

You must provide at least 48 hours' notice for session cancellations. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be able to reschedule or if it is a "one time" booking will receive a full refund. No-shows and cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will not be refunded. Sessions can be rescheduled without penalty if done at least 48 hours in advance. In case of emergencies, please contact me to discuss special arrangements. It's important to clarify that my services do not replace a veterinarian's diagnosis.
